  I pretty much try not to shop here anymore for one reason: price gouging bourbon customers. Selling allocated bottles at more than 2x their MSRP is wrong. I'll happily shop at Joe canals instead, I'd rather give my business to a business that cares to have me as their customer and sells allocated bottles to customers at MSRP instead of rdiculous secondary market price. I was in quite a few times this year here, purchased multiple 4r store picks, scotches, bottles of wine and beer. I asked the manager to let me know if they got any 4r Al young or ofbb in stock (back during the month of their release). He took my name and info and had a nice conversation with me. I then called a few weeks later to find out they got the Al young, but decided to put it on the shelf for $499.00. moreso, they were acting as if I was burdening them with my call when I did call in. Fyi, that's over twice MSRP, and in doing so, lost me as a customer. Oh well, I'd gladly deal with their comptetitor any day. Sharp contrast between them, and Joe canals, who goes out of their way to notify customers of special releases, limits bottle sales on allocated items, and sells at fair retail prices.
